In 1957, Lawrence Barnett followed his passion for all things industrial and established Barnett Tool Supply as a family-owned business in Elizabeth, NJ. The company relocated in 1959 to its current home in Kenilworth, NJ to meet the expanding needs of a growing manufacturing industry. This relocation also provided new opportunities to expand Barnett’s service line and to become a full line distributor with a focus on cutting tools.

To this day, the company continues to provide the same quality service and broad selection as it did more than 60 years ago.
